what we believe...

We are a Reformed Church adhering to the system of doctrine found in the Westminster Confession of Faith.

GOD IS IMPORTANT:

We believe that there is one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God the Father is the creator and sustainer of all things, Jesus Christ died on the cross for us - providing the possibility of salvation, and the Holy Spirit indwells all believers, guides us into all truth, empowers us to serve God, and seals us until the day of redemption. God is worthy of our worship.

THE BIBLE IS IMPORTANT:

We believe that the Bible, uniquely and fully inspired by the Holy Spirit, is the supreme and final authority on all matters about which it speaks. This application of the Bible will assist you in your walk with the Lord and provide a helpful guide for every other area of your life.

YOU ARE IMPORTANT:

Too many people travel down the road of life and look back and say, "There has to be more to life than this." Well there is. Please come and worship God with us this Sunday!

THE CHURCH IS IMPORTANT:

The church is God's plan to provide a place for Christians to gather together to grow in their relationship with God and with each other. Important areas of out life fall apart when we do not follow God's plan.

our credo - The Apostles' Creed

The basic creed of Reformed churches, as most familiarly known, is called the Apostles' Creed. The word creed comes from the Latin word credo, which means I believe. The Apostles' Creed is a statement written in the early Christian church which declares what Christians believe about God.

I (we) believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I (we) believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I (we) believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy universal and Christian Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
